Scotland Trip

This year’s linear walk is along Scotland’s famous and magnificent West Highland Way.  This is a 95 mile trek (152 km) starting at Milngavie on the outskirts of Glasgow.  It winds through some of the most spectacular scenery in Britain to the foot of Britain’s highest mountain Ben Nevis at Fort William.

Dates: Going out on Tuesday 13 June from Dublin at 15.00 to arrive inGlasgow at 16.15.  Return from Glasgow on Tuesday 20 June at 20.15 and arrive in Dublin at 21.25.

7 nights with 6 days walking.

Approx Costs:    Flights approx. €70 return plus €20 each way for a check in bag.

Accommodation B&B and baggage transfers, £505 sterling. There is a £25 per night supplement for those requiring single room accommodation.

Return train from Fort William to Glasgow approx £23.
